Information and use

We process your account email and account identifier to provide sign-in, your photo to create the requested preview and video, and your choices and payment references to manage orders, credits and support. Optional pet names, years and messages are used for captions and tribute pages. Pet names are never written into the generated video. We do not sell your uploaded photos or use them as a public gallery.

Retention and deletion

Uploaded photos are deleted after 7 days. Generated videos are kept for 30 days and then deleted, so download the files you want to keep. Tribute pages remain until their owner deletes them. Anyone with the link may view a tribute page; search indexing is disabled, but the page is not private. Sign in to delete your tribute page, or contact support for help with account or data deletion. Transaction records may be retained where necessary for accounting or legal obligations.

Service and payment information

We use service providers to deliver requested features with appropriate access controls. Payments are processed by our merchant of record Waffo Pancake; we do not store full payment card details. Optional analytics loads only when configured. Browser storage holds account session information and draft identifiers so you can resume checkout; photos are not stored in browser draft storage.

Creating and sharing with care

PetAIVideo is for adults aged 18 or older and pets only. You must own the photo or have permission to use it. Do not upload any photograph containing a child, even in the background. Do not upload human portraits, multiple pets, drawings, toys, watermarked images belonging to others, or graphic, injured or deceased-animal photographs. Choose a happy photo of your pet from when they were well.

All generated outputs must be labeled AI-generated. Memorial content is An AI tribute, not a real recording. It is an imagined creative scene and makes no claim about actual events or an afterlife. Preview images are AI-generated watermarked still frames, rather than videos. Review each preview and finished output before sharing.

Videos are generated with the Seedance 2.0 AI video model family by ByteDance. PetAIVideo is not affiliated with or endorsed by ByteDance.
