Technical failures

If video generation fails for technical reasons, credits are returned automatically. A credit return restores your wallet; it is not a cash refund. If a completed download is missing, corrupt or unusable, send support the video ID so we can investigate.

One free re-make

Each paid video includes one free re-make within 24 hours, using the same photo and style. Select “Not quite your pet? Re-make it free once.” If your pet still does not look right after this attempt, contact support for review and an additional assisted attempt where appropriate.

Unused credits

Unused purchased credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase. Email support with your receipt reference and account email. If a pack is partly used, we refund only its unused purchased portion, calculated proportionally at the amount paid. Used credits are generally non-refundable unless the service failed or mandatory consumer law requires a refund. Refunds return through the original payment method, with processing time depending on the payment provider. Credits do not expire.

Rejected previews

Free previews and rejected photographs do not consume video credits. Choose another suitable pet photo and try again. A personal preference about a completed scene is normally handled through the free re-make, rather than a cash refund of used credits.

Creating and sharing with care

PetAIVideo is for adults aged 18 or older and pets only. You must own the photo or have permission to use it. Do not upload any photograph containing a child, even in the background. Do not upload human portraits, multiple pets, drawings, toys, watermarked images belonging to others, or graphic, injured or deceased-animal photographs. Choose a happy photo of your pet from when they were well.

All generated outputs must be labeled AI-generated. Memorial content is An AI tribute, not a real recording. It is an imagined creative scene and makes no claim about actual events or an afterlife. Preview images are AI-generated watermarked still frames, rather than videos. Review each preview and finished output before sharing.
