Service and eligibility

PetAIVideo creates short synthetic pet videos from photographs. You must be at least 18 and have the right to submit each image. AI results may vary in appearance or movement. The free preview helps you assess the scene, but does not guarantee every detail of the video. Do not present outputs as evidence of real events.

Credits and purchases

Credit packs are one-time purchases, with no automatic subscription. Purchased credits work for every template and do not expire. Standard memorial videos cost 10 credits and the Memorial Bundle costs 30 credits. The final amount and any taxes are shown before purchase. Payments are processed by our merchant of record Waffo Pancake. See the Refund Policy for unused credits and technical failures.

Rights and use

You keep your rights in uploaded photographs. You permit us to process them to deliver your requested outputs. We do not claim ownership of your outputs, but cannot promise copyright protection or clearance of all third-party rights. You are responsible for your permissions and how you share a result. Do not impersonate people, infringe rights, harass others or mislead viewers. Music supplied by PetAIVideo is original; add the trending sound in TikTok/Reels when you post, subject to the platform’s permissions.

Availability and disputes

Keep a local copy of downloaded results. Photos and videos have the retention periods stated in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend abusive activity or remove unlawful content. Contact support first about a service problem so we can investigate and help resolve it. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights.

Creating and sharing with care

PetAIVideo is for adults aged 18 or older and pets only. You must own the photo or have permission to use it. Do not upload any photograph containing a child, even in the background. Do not upload human portraits, multiple pets, drawings, toys, watermarked images belonging to others, or graphic, injured or deceased-animal photographs. Choose a happy photo of your pet from when they were well.

All generated outputs must be labeled AI-generated. Memorial content is An AI tribute, not a real recording. It is an imagined creative scene and makes no claim about actual events or an afterlife. Preview images are AI-generated watermarked still frames, rather than videos. Review each preview and finished output before sharing.

Videos are generated with the Seedance 2.0 AI video model family by ByteDance. PetAIVideo is not affiliated with or endorsed by ByteDance.
