PetAIVideo Questions, Answered
Learn about previews, credits, pet photos, AI-generated videos and memorial tributes.
A few things you might be wondering
Is the preview free?
Yes. Your watermarked AI-generated first-frame preview is free, so you can check your pet and the scene before using credits.
How much does it cost?
One video is 10 credits, from $5.99 for one video. The $13.99 Starter pack includes 30 credits for 3 videos or the Memorial Bundle.
Will my pet look like themselves?
Your photo guides their face, coat and markings, though AI can change details. Review the free preview and use one free re-make within 24 hours if the finished video does not feel right.
Why are there no skeletons?
These tributes focus on warmth, flowers and familiar companionship. The scenes are designed for gentle remembrance rather than frightening imagery.
What does the marigold bridge mean?
Marigolds are associated with remembrance in Día de Muertos traditions. Our imagined bridge uses their warm color as a symbol of love and connection, without claiming to depict an actual afterlife.
Can I make one for a friend who lost their pet?
Yes, if you have permission to use their pet photo. Consider asking first, since an animated tribute can feel very personal during grief.
Which pets work?
Works best with dogs and cats. Other pets may be uploaded, but check the preview carefully before continuing.
Can I add music?
Add any sound in TikTok/Reels; we include soft original music and a silent version. Keep the platform’s AI-generated label when posting.
